1. Services
Websoftgrow web development, website design, maintenance, hosting assistance, SEO aur related digital services provide karta hai.
Har project ke liye alag agreement ya quotation diya ja sakta hai jo final approval ke baad valid mana jayega.
2. Project Process
Client ko project start hone se pehle required information, content aur images provide karna hoga.
Project timeline client ke response aur approval par depend karega.
Agar client delay karta hai toh delivery timeline automatically extend ho sakti hai.
3. Payments & Billing
Project start karne ke liye advance payment required ho sakta hai (generally 40%–50%).
Remaining payment project completion ya milestone ke according liya jayega.
Full payment clear hone ke baad hi final files, website transfer ya credentials handover kiye jayenge.
4. Refund Policy
Advance payment generally non-refundable hota hai.
Agar project cancel hota hai toh already completed work ka charge deduct kiya jayega.
Custom development projects par refund applicable nahi hota once work has started.
5. Intellectual Property
Full payment ke baad website ka final design aur content client ka hoga.
Websoftgrow ko right hoga ki completed project ko apne portfolio mein showcase kar sake.
Third-party themes, plugins ya tools unke respective owners ke hote hain.
6. Client Responsibilities
Client agree karta hai ki:
Wo illegal, harmful ya copyright infringing content provide nahi karega.
Website ka misuse, hacking, ya fraud ke liye use nahi karega.
7. Limitation of Liability
Websoftgrow kisi bhi indirect loss, data loss, business interruption ya third-party issues ke liye responsible nahi hoga.
Hosting server issues ya external plugin errors hamare direct control mein nahi hote.
8. Revisions & Support
Project mein limited revisions included ho sakte hain (as per agreement).
Additional changes ya extra work ke liye extra charges apply ho sakte hain.
Maintenance aur support alag package ke through diya jayega.
9. Termination
Websoftgrow ko right hai ki kisi bhi misuse ya policy violation ke case mein services suspend ya terminate kar sake.
10. Changes to Terms
Websoftgrow kabhi bhi in Terms & Conditions ko update kar sakta hai. Updated version website par publish hone ke baad effective mana jayega.
