Cancellation/Refund Policy

Websoftgrow web development, website design, SEO aur related digital services provide karta hai. Yeh policy sirf India (National Clients) ke liye applicable hai.

Digital services hone ki wajah se hamari refund aur cancellation policy thodi alag hoti hai.

1. Project Cancellation (By Client)

Client project start hone se pehle cancellation request kar sakta hai.
Agar project par work start ho chuka hai, toh advance payment non-refundable hoga.
Completed work ke hisaab se charges deduct kiye jayenge.

Agar project 50% complete ho chuka hai, toh refund sirf remaining unworked amount par consider kiya jayega (agar applicable ho).

2. Cancellation (By Websoftgrow)

Websoftgrow kisi bhi project ko cancel ya suspend kar sakta hai agar:

Client required information provide nahi karta
Payment delay karta hai
Illegal, harmful ya copyrighted content use karta hai
Policy violation karta hai

Aise case mein refund applicable nahi hoga for completed work.

3. Refund Policy

Advance payment generally non-refundable hota hai.
Custom website development, SEO packages aur digital marketing services par refund applicable nahi hota once work has started.
Refund request valid reason ke saath email ke through submit karni hogi.

Approved refund (agar applicable ho) 7–10 working days mein process kiya jayega.

4. No Refund in Following Cases

Refund applicable nahi hoga agar:

Client ne final approval de diya ho
Website live ho chuki ho
Domain, hosting, theme ya plugin third-party se purchase kiya gaya ho
Delay client ki taraf se hua ho

5. Revision Policy

Limited revisions project agreement ke according include hote hain.
Extra revisions ya additional features ke liye extra charges apply honge.
